Refund Policy

We really hope you love any product that you purchase from Feel The Glow, but if something isn’t quite right you can choose between a refund or an exchange.

If you decide you would like a refund, we will refund you in full once the items have been safely received at our HQ in Halifax.

For either a refund or exchange your order must arrive back to us no later than 30 days from the date you received your item. Items must be returned to us in the condition that you received them in.

It can take 5 to 10 working days for your refund to reach you, depending on your bank. Please keep in mind the travel time for the item to reach us. We will not refund any order until the item is safely received at our HQ. We cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned items.

Refunds are processed via your original payment method for the value of the goods only. Postage charges are not refundable. You will receive a courtesy email from us once your refund is complete.

When you post the item back to us using a regular second class service at your local post office – please include your name and order number.
